Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• The original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Products without the original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund request will be reviewed.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
